Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products unless there is a verified quality concern.

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@elysiangrounds.com, and we will promptly resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order after your return is approved and refunded. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. To qualify, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
