Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to all U.S. states.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, based on the most efficient route.

Delivery Time: 1–5 business days from the time of shipment.

Shipping Cost: $5 flat cost on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
Please note: Carrier delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal volume.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly or through the Shop app, which provides real-time delivery updates and notifications.
Shipping Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Our Freshness Promise
We always ship freshly roasted coffee. If your order arrives damaged or the coffee does not meet our quality standards, please reach out — we’ll make it right.
