Welcome to Elysian Grounds ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to make a purchase on this Site.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product details, descriptions, and images. However, variations in bean appearance, flavor, or aroma may occur due to the artisanal and seasonal nature of our coffee.

4. Orders & Payment

  • We accept payments via major credit cards and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify.

  • Orders are confirmed by email once payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping within the U.S. via UPS and FedEx.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.

  • All shipments include tracking via Shopify. You will receive tracking updates via email or through the Shop app.

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@elysiangrounds.com within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos for verification and will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. License to Use Our Site

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site without our written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including product names (Supremo, Salamina Delicado, Geisha), photos, videos, text, graphics, logos, and packaging—is the intellectual property of Elysian Grounds and may not be used without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products, including delays in shipping, loss of data, or loss of taste satisfaction.
